•初步諮詢: 免費, 這個階段大部分的留學代辦都是不會收費

•確認申請學校排名: 根據申請學校的排名前後, 代辦公司的收費會增加, 越靠前越高 ; 前10名: 6000-8000/間, 前10-50名: 5000-6000/間, 50名以後: 3000-5000/間

•申請學校間數: 間數越多收費越高, 但也會受申請學校的排名影響 ; 5-8間: 4-6萬, 8間以上6-8萬

•英文履歷/讀書計畫/推薦信撰寫/修改: 2000-4000/份, 根據每份字數,長度有所不同

•作品集翻譯: 另行報價, 每家留學代辦都有不同方式處理

•申請學校手續費: 自行付費, 通常$70-200不等, 這部分需申請者自行承擔

•文件快遞費用: 500-800/件, 實際依照快遞公司報價決定

•相關簽證辦理: $5000-7000, 如果請代辦幫忙申請, 也需要一定手續費

How are study abroad agency fees calculated?

Most people should be familiar with the basic process of using a study abroad agency, but the next important question is how much do these services cost?

Based on Wei Creation's experience, we have compiled a rough range of fees for various services. Each company may have differences in detail, so it is best to clarify any questions in person.

• Initial consultation: free, as most study abroad agencies do not charge at this stage.

• Confirmation of school ranking: The agency's fees will increase based on the ranking of the applied school, with higher fees for higher rankings. Top 10: 6,000-8,000 per school, top 10-50: 5,000-6,000 per school, after 50: 3,000-5,000 per school.

• Number of schools applied to: The more schools applied to, the higher the fee, but this is also affected by the ranking of the applied schools. 5-8 schools: 40,000-60,000, over 8 schools: 60,000-80,000.

• English resume/study plan/recommendation letter writing/modification: 2,000-4,000 per document, depending on the length.

• Portfolio translation: Priced separately, as each study abroad agency has a different way of handling this.

• Application fees: paid by the applicant, usually ranging from $70 to $200. This part needs to be borne by the applicant.

• Document delivery fees: 500-800 per item, actually determined by the delivery company's quotation.

• Related visa processing: $5,000-7,000. If you ask the agency to help with the application, a certain fee is also required.

So, what is the specific situation? Let's use a hypothetical example to calculate the actual cost.

John wants to study in the US for a master's degree. After consulting with the agency, he plans to apply to 8 schools ranked 30-50. In addition, he needs the agency's help to write his resume, study plan, and recommendation letter, translate his portfolio, and apply for a visa. How much should he pay in total?
